Through the years we have enjoyed certain "special places". The D.C. Booth Historic National Fish Hatchery and Archives is one of them, located in Spearfish. The Generations sculpture is somewhat replicated by Molly and me... a few years ago. We have a responsibility to the generations after us... to teach.. to guide... to enable to succeed... to feel the pain of failure... and then allow them the opportunity to get back up...and to do so graciously. I believe we would just as soon skip any pain. Pain that comes with growing and pain that comes with falling down. But that would deny the reality of life. One thing for certain, we must be available for each other... and that is called love.
